Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice.
Return:
Send your return back to our Standard Return Address at Kizzables™ Returns Department, 2222 Francisco Drive, Suite 510 ATTN: Box 270, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. If you are a Continental US resident, you can use the SmartLabel™ that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a $8.00 charge to use this service. This will be deducted from your refund.
All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during the online order are non-refundable. By sending returns back to the Standard Returns Address or via SmartLabel, credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used. Checks will receive a merchandise credit. All purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to that original gift card. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.
Exchange:
To exchange your merchandise, send it back to our Standard Return Address at Kizzables™ Returns Department, 2222 Francisco Drive, Suite 510 ATTN: Box 270, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. If you are a Continental US resident, you can use the SmartLabel that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a $8.00 charge to use this service. This will be deducted from your refund. Please note we will waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) on your new merchandise from the exchange.
Do not send any additional payment such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
Speed Exchange:
To place a Speed Exchange, call us at 1.866.357.6986. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise, waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees and send it right out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we'll credit your account once we get it.
